DORMAN ASSOCIATES INC. HAS 6 STARTER HOME PLANS
Over the past year, Dorman Associates teamed up with the Astoria Partership LLC to create 6 new starter homes for a new home community in the North Sacramento area. Construction will begin in Spring 2005 and homes will be priced at approximately $225 per square foot.

The plans are designed to fit various lot sizes and client demands. They range in square footage from 1,240 to 1,740. Although the plans are designed to be cost effective to build, each plan has a few amenities that set them apart from typical starter home models. Each house contains a ‘Great Room’ type layout with a Kitchen open to the Dining room and Living room. Additionally, most plans have raised ceilings in the living room, from 9 feet to 11 feet in some cases.
